I owe my career in public speaking to many of the opportunities presented to me through Kiwanis International.
It was during a one-week retreat at the Kiwanis Circle K Leadership Academy that I was encouraged to overcome my fears and share my voice. Growing up as an introvert, I leaned on the shy and quiet side and I always avoided the limelight. At Leadership Academy, my peers gave me the chance to share my message, my passion, and my abilities without fear of judgement. I would not be where I am today without them.

Although I am not currently an active member in Kiwanis, I have actively served in Kiwanis-family organizations for a great portion of my life. I have participated in K-Kids, Builder’s Club, Key Club, and even Circle K where I served as the New Jersey District Governor during the 2015-2016 service year.
